Adding to SwitchBot App
1. Open our app, tap the "+" icon located at the right-hand corner of the home page, select Add Device. 2. Find the device icon and select, follow the instructions to add your device.
Image Settings & Display
To display an image on your AI Art Frame:
① On the device's page in the app, tap Album. 2 Tap ^一+^一 on the bottom half of the page. ③ Select an image from your device and save it to the app's album. (You can edit the image before saving it if you like.) Then, tap Sync. You can scan the QR code to view a video tutorial.

Editing Image
Before displaying an image, you can crop, rotate, or make other adjustments. Any edited image can be downloaded and saved directly to your device.

Switching Display Modes
Enhance your viewing experience by tapping Mode on the device page in the app. Choose between:
- Gallery mode: Display a single, static image; ideal for showcasing artwork like a physical frame.
- Slideshow mode: Cycle through all images in your album at customizable intervals.

Placement & Mounting
Recommendations:
- 7.3-inch display: Ideal for desktop placement using the included stand. - 13.3-inch / 31.5-inch display: Recommended to mount on a wall to prevent tipping.
Wall mounting methods:

- Adhesive hooks: Best for smooth, hard surfaces like tile, wood, or glass. Please allow 24 hours for the adhesive to fully cure before hanging.

Wall mounting hooks: Suitable for uneven surfaces like white walls, wallpaper, or surfaces that are dusty or prone to chipping.



Please note: Use the included level to ensure the frame is mounted straight.
LED Indicator Light
| Steady white for 5s then off | Device is powered on and enters into low power mode. |

Safety Notice
For your safety, always mount the frame on a compatible wall surface. Use of an unsuitable wall or incorrect installation may cause the frame to fall, potentially resulting in injury or damage. Install with care.
Frame Compatibility
The device is compatible with IKEA RODALM frames, enabling you to personalize its appearance to fit your home decor. Simply replace the original frame with a RODALM frame to install.
Please note: IKEA RODALM frame sizes may vary by region. Please confirm the local specifications at IKEA before purchasing.
Charging
Use the included Type-C cable and 5V/2A adapter to charge the device.
Please note: A full charge from 20% to 100% takes approximately 2 hours.
Restoring to Factory Settings
Press and hold the pairing button for 15s to reset the device.
Please note: Factory reset will erase all data stored on the device, including images and custom settings. Please back up all important data before the reset.
Firmware Upgrades
In order to improve user experience, we will regularly release firmware updates to introduce new functions and solve any software defects that may occur during usage. When a new firmware version is available, we will send an upgrade notification to your account via our app. When upgrading, please make sure your product has sufficient battery or stay powered on and make sure your smartphone is within range to prevent interference.

Maintenance
E-ink display:
Please gently wipe away dust with a dry, soft cloth.

Acid-free mat board:
- Avoid moisture: Do not wipe with wet clothes or liquids, as moisture can damage the material. - Cleaning dust: Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth. - Stains or damage: If the mat board is heavily soiled or damaged, simply replace it to ensure optimal protection and appearance.
