Ŏ For use only with roborock EWFD13LRR or EWFD14LRR charger. Ŏ To prevent injury caused by blades used to cut hair inside the main brush cover, make sure to install two main brushes in place before installing the main brush cover. Ŏ The product must be switched off and the plug must be removed from socket outlet when not in use, before cleaning or maintaining the product. Ŏ Connect to a properly grounded outlet only. See Grounding Instructions. Ŏ Old hose-sets should not be reused. Only use new pipes provided with this product or recommended by Roborock. Ŏ Place the dock in a dry place. Keep it a distance of more than 1.2m (4 ft) from baths and shower heads or isolate it with walls or a door to prevent the dock from moisture exposure. Ŏ Install the dock in compliance with local regulations. Ŏ Do not move a properly installed dock. Ŏ Do not rinse the robot and the dock.

Ŏ Only use the product in accordance with the User Manual. Any loss or damage caused by improper use will be borne by the user. Ŏ Roborock assumes responsibility only for losses resulting from installation performed by authorized Roborock technicians, excluding losses arising from incorrect installation by other people. Ŏ Before installing/removing the dock and its pipes, make sure the dock is disconnected from the power source. Ŏ Make sure dustbin, washable filter, dust bag, side brush, mop cloth, main brushes and main brush cover are installed in place before cleaning. Ŏ Do not sit or stand on the robot or dock. Ŏ To prevent corrosion or damage, do not use any disinfectant and only use cleaning solution recommended by Roborock in the solution cartridge. Ŏ Do not put any low objects (such as shoes, mats) near raised areas like stairs. Otherwise, the robot may fall down caused by malfunctional sensors. Ŏ To prevent water damage, make sure that the floor where the robot operates is free of water. Ŏ Place the cords from other appliances out of the area to be cleaned. Ŏ Do not operate the vacuum in a room where an infant or child is sleeping.

Ŏ Do not operate the vacuum in an area where there are lit candles or fragile objects on the floor to be cleaned. Ŏ Do not operate the vacuum in a room that has lit candles on furniture that the vacuum may accidentally hit or bump into. Ŏ Do not allow children to sit on the vacuum. Ŏ Do not carry the robot using vertical bumper, top cover, side brush or bumper. Do not move the dock by lifting the dock base or dust container cover. Ŏ Place the dock on a hard, flat floor away from fire, heat, and water. Avoid narrow spaces or locations where the robot may be suspended in the air. Ŏ This product can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the product in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the product. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision. Ŏ Do not dismantle, repair or modify the battery or charging dock. Ŏ If the dock is placed in an area susceptible to thunderstorms or with unstable voltage, take protection measures. Ŏ To avoid burns from hot water, do not touch the water outlets.

This appliance must be grounded. If it should malfunction or breakdown, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock. This appliance is equipped with a cord having an equipment-grounding conductor and grounding plug.

The plug must be inserted into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.

WARNING – Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock.

Check with a qualified electrician or service person if you are in doubt as to whether the outlet is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with the appliance – if it will not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.

This appliance is for use on a nominal 120-V circuit and has a grounding attachment plug that looks like the plug illustrated in sketch A in Grounding methods. Make sure that the appliance is connected to an outlet having the same configuration as the plug.

No adaptor should be used with this appliance.

Keep the charging dock away from heat (such as radiators). Do not wipe the charging contacts with wet cloth or wet hands. Before placing the robot into storage, charge it fully, turn it off, and then choose a cool, dry place. Recharge it at least every three months to avoid battery overdischarge. Do not use the product when the temperature is higher than 40°C (104°F) or lower than 4°C (39°F), or there is any liquid or sticky substance on the floor. Do not discard waste batteries. Leave them with a professional recycling organization. To transport the product, make sure it is powered off and shut down, and empty the remaining fluid in the dock. At the same time, empty and rinse the cleaning solution cartridge, leave it air dry completely and then reinstall it. Original packaging is advised.

Tidy cords, hard or sharp objects B1-1— (such as nails and glass), and loose items from the ground and move any unstable, fragile, precious, or dangerous items to prevent personal injury or property damage due to

items becoming tangled in, struck by, or knocked over by the robot.

When using the robot in a raised area, always use a physical security barrier to prevent accidental falls that may result in personal injury or property damage.

Ŏ When using the robot for the first time, follow it throughout its whole cleaning route and watch for potential problems. The robot will be able to clean by itself in future uses. Ŏ To prevent excessive buildup of dirt on the mop cloths, floors should be vacuumed at least three times before the first mopping cycle.

Before installation, check whether the following requirements are met and identify the water inlet, outlet, and placement locations for the dock in your home:

1. The water inlet pressure range should be 0.1-0.4 MPa. If it exceeds 0.4 MPa, a pressure-reducing valve should be installed. 2. The diameter of the drainpipe outlet should be no less than 0.015 m (0.05 ft). The height difference between the highest point of the drainage pipe and the floor surface where the dock is placed should not exceed 1 m (3.3 ft), preferably not exceed 0.5 m (1.6 ft). 3. The dock should be placed against a wall on a hard, flat surface (wood/tile etc.) with

good WiFi coverage and a power outlet or power strip nearby. Reserve a space of at least 0.305 m (1 ft) in height, 0.42 m (1.4 ft) in width, and 1 m (3.3 ft) in depth for placing the dock, ensuring both sides and the front are free of obstructions that could impede the robot from docking and departing.

4. It is strictly prohibited to place the dock in damp, sun-exposed, or rainy environments. 5. There should be no thresholds, slide rails, or steps higher than 0.02 m (0.8 ft) between the dock and the cleaning area to prevent the robot from missing spots and getting stuck. 6. Please avoid arranging pipes through doorways or corridors.

Ŏ Before installing, disconnect the power supply of the dock, and close the main water valve, faucet valve or angle valve. Drain pipelines, ensure they are connected without leakage, and then power on the dock. Ŏ All installation diagrams are for reference only. The actual installation situation may vary.

Place the dock on the reserved space B3-1— and remove the foam used to secure

the mop washing module in shipment at the bottom.

Attach the dock base by pressing down both sides of the base firmly, and then pressing the connecting part in the middle until you hear a click.

Plug the power cord firmly into the dock power port, and keep the excess cord inside the storage slot.

Note: Make sure to insert the power plug all the way in and do not connect to the power supply.

Press the snap ring at the connector B5-1— against the elbow and at the same time, pull out the plugs of the water inlet and outlet in the opposite direction. B5-2— Rotate the water inlet and outlet to directions suitable for installation. Connect one ends of the 1/4" pipe and 3/8" pipe to the corresponding positions, insert the corresponding lock plate into the slim space between the snap ring and elbow, and then snap the pipelines into the slots.

Ŏ Slightly lift the dock when rotating the water inlet elbow.

Ŏ When installing the pipes, make sure to insert them all the way in. Ŏ Store the plugs removed from the dock and additional pipes and lock plates properly.

Make sure to close the tap water valve that supplies water to the dock. After confirming that the faucet or angle valve is closed, install the tap water filter in the correct direction to the 1 / 2 " water inlet of the clean water three-way valve. Then, connect the 1 / 2 ^ { \prime \prime } water inlet and 1/2" water outlet of the clean water three-way valve to the water inlet pipeline. Finally, connect the other end of the cut-to-fit 1/4" pipe to the 1/4" water outlet of the clean water three-way valve and insert the lock plate into the snap ring.

Only connect to room temperature tap water, rather than reclaimed water or hot water. The tap water filter must be installed strictly following the instructions. If installed in the reverse direction, it could be damaged. If the 1/2" water outlet does not need to be connected to a water pipe, use a suitable valve cap instead.

Ŏ After cutting the pipe, start by trimming the end to ensure it forms a straight line rather than a curve, and then reround it.

Connect the cut-to-fit 3/8" pipe to a floor drain or sewer pipe.

Ŏ Ensure the floor drain or drainpipe outlet is unobstructed. Avoid inserting the drainpipe into a sealed chamber to prevent poor drainage. Ŏ Ensure the connection between the drainpipe and the floor drain or sewer pipe is securely fastened. Ŏ If other water-using equipment is connected to the same drainpipe, make sure that their drainage doesn't disrupt the dock's drainage to prevent leaks. Ŏ If necessary, encircle the cut-to-fit harness tube around both the 1/4" and 3/8" pipes.

After placing the dock at the location reserved, open the tap water valve and the clean water three-way valve. Ensure there are no leaks throughout the pipeline. Then, connect the power supply, and make sure the status indicator light comes on.

Ŏ If the power cord hangs vertically to the ground, it may be caught by the robot, causing the dock to be moved or disconnected. Ŏ The status indicator light is bright when the dock is powered on, and dim during robot charging or mop cloth drying. Ŏ The status indicator light turns red if an error occurs. Ŏ Place the dock on a hard, flat floor away from fire, heat, and water. Avoid narrow spaces or locations where the robot may be suspended in the air. Ŏ Placing the dock on a soft surface (carpet/mat) may cause the dock to tilt and cause docking and departing problems.

Ŏ Keep the dock away from direct sunlight or anything that may block the dock location beacon, otherwise the robot may fail to return to the dock. Ŏ Do not use the dock without the refill and drainage pipes, high-speed maintenance brush, dust container cover, disposable dust bag, cleaning tank of edgewise mopping module, cleaning solution cartridge, or water filter. Ŏ Maintain the dock according to the Routine Maintenance. Do not clean the dock power cord and charging contacts with a wet cloth or tissue. Ŏ All docks are subject to water-based tests before leaving the factory. It is normal that a small amount of water remains in the waterway of the dock.

Press and hold to power on the robot. Wait until the power indicator light is steady, and then place the robot in front of the dock. Make sure that the dock is plugged in. Then, press and the robot will automatically return to the dock for charging. The robot is equipped with a built-in high-performance lithium-ion rechargeable battery pack. To maintain battery performance, keep the robot charged.

To check whether the refill and drainage system is installed successfully, press and hold and simultaneously for 3 seconds

on the docked robot to start a self-check. During the self-check process, observe whether the dock can normally fill and drain water, and check the self-check results.

a. Remove the magnetic top cover and find the WiFi indicator light. b. Press and hold and simultaneously until you hear the "Resetting WiFi" voice message. The reset is complete when the WiFi indicator light flashes slowly. The robot will then wait for a connection.

If you cannot connect to the robot due to your router configuration, a forgotten password, or any other reason, reset the WiFi and add your robot as a new device

Open the Roborock app, tap the "Scan to Connect" or "Search for Device" button and add your device following the in-app guide.

Ŏ The actual process may vary due to ongoing app updates. Follow the guide provided in the app. Ŏ Only 2.4 GHz WiFi is supported. Ŏ If the robot waits more than 30 minutes for a connection, WiFi will be automatically disabled. If you want to reconnect, reset the WiFi before proceeding.

Remove the dust container cover, pull out the entire cleaning solution cartridge by its bottom handle, and then place it on a hard, flat surface. Note: To prevent the dust container cover from falling and hitting the robot, remove the cover with both hands, one on each side. Open the lid of the cartridge and add cleaning solution. Close the lid and put the cartridge back to the dock. Press down the cartridge until you hear it lock with a click. Install the dust container cover in place to make sure the dust container is securely sealed.

Ŏ Make sure that the cleaning solution cartridge is entirely removed before adding cleaning solution.

Ŏ To prevent corrosion or damage, do not use any disinfectant and only use cleaning solution recommended by Roborock in the solution cartridge. Ŏ Cleaning solution is not included in the package. Purchase one if needed.

During operation, the dock will automatically fill and drain water.

Press and hold to turn on the robot. The power indicator light will come on, and the robot will be on standby.

Press and hold the button to turn off the robot and complete the cleaning cycle.

Note: The robot cannot be turned off when it is being charged.

Press to start cleaning. The robot will plan its cleaning route and in each room, it firstly draws out zone edges and then fills the room in a zigzag pattern. In so doing, the robot cleans all rooms one by one, thoroughly and efficiently.

Ŏ To make sure the robot returns to the dock automatically, start the robot from the dock and do not move the dock during cleaning. Ŏ Cleaning cannot start if the battery level is too low. Allow the robot to charge before starting a cleanup. Ŏ If cleaning is completed in less than 10 minutes, the robot will clean the area twice. Ŏ If the battery runs low during a cleaning cycle, the robot will automatically return to the dock. After charging, the robot will resume where it left off. Ŏ The robot will retract the mop cloth mounts to clean the carpet. You can also set the carpet as a no-go zone in the app to avoid it. Ŏ Before starting each cleaning task, make sure that the mop cloths have been properly installed.

Press and simultaneously to start spot cleaning.

Cleaning range: The robot cleans a 1.5 m (4.9 ft) \times \ : 1 . 5 \ : m (4.9 ft) square area centered on itself.

Note: After spot cleaning, the robot will automatically return to the starting point and be on standby.

Press to start Mop Only. The main brushes rise, the main brushes and fan stop operating, and the VibraRise module lowers.

Note: Compared with the traditional cleaning mode, noise emanating from Mop Only is much lower.

When the robot is running, press any button to pause it, press to resume cleaning, press to send it back to the dock, and

press and hold to wash the mop cloths and then resume cleaning.

Note: Placing a paused robot on the dock manually will end the current cleanup.

If the robot is paused for over 10 minutes, it will go to sleep, and the power indicator light will flash every few seconds. Press any button to wake the robot up.

Ŏ The robot will not go to sleep when it is charging. Ŏ The robot will automatically shut down if left sleep for more than 12 hours.

During cleaning, the robot automatically determines when it should return to the dock for mop washing and water tank refilling to maximize its mopping performance. To manually start washing, press and hold or tap the corresponding button in the app. Press any button to stop washing.

Ŏ To make sure the robot to wash the mop cloths automatically, start the robot from the dock and do not move the dock during cleaning. Ŏ Mop wash frequency and mode can be modified in the app. Ŏ To avoid burns from hot water, do not touch the water outlets.

After cleaning, the robot will return to

the dock and auto-emptying will begin as needed. To manually start emptying, press on the docked robot or tap the corresponding button in the app. Press any button to stop emptying.

Ŏ When emptying has been left unused for a long period, empty the dustbin manually and make sure the air inlet is clear for optimal emptying performance. Ŏ Auto-emptying can be disabled in the app. Ŏ Avoid frequent manual emptying.

Drying starts automatically after mop washing or after cleaning is completed. To manually start or stop drying, tap the corresponding button in the app.

Ŏ Stay away from the drying air outlets during drying. Ŏ Drying duration can be modified in the app. Ŏ Auto-drying can be disabled in the app.

The robot will automatically add cleaning solution to the water for mop washing and robot water tank refilling according to the preset ratio to ensure optimal mopping performance.

Note: Smart Cleaning Solution Filling can be disabled in the app.

After cleaning, the robot will automatically return to the dock to charge.

Press to send the paused robot back to the dock. The power indicator light will breathe during robot charging.

Note: If the robot fails to find the dock, it will automatically return to its starting position. Place the robot on the dock manually to recharge.

The default Do Not Disturb (DND) period is from 22:00 to 08:00. You can use the app to disable the DND mode or modify the DND period, or set whether to enable auto topup, emptying and drying, to dim the button light, or lower the volume of the voice message during the DND period.

Press and hold to enable/disable Child Lock. You can also set it in the app. Once enabled, the robot will not react to button presses when it is stationary. When the robot is cleaning or docking, press any button to pause it.

If an error occurs, the power indicator light on the robot will flash red or status indicator light on the dock will be steady red. A popup notification will appear in the app and a voice alert may sound.

Ŏ The robot will go to sleep automatically if left in a malfunctioning state for over 10 minutes.

Ŏ Placing a malfunctioning robot on the dock manually will end the current cleanup.

If the robot does not respond when a button is pressed or cannot be turned off, reset the system by pressing the Reset button.

Note: After resetting the system, existing settings such as scheduled cleaning and WiFi will be restored to factory settings.

If the robot does not function properly after a system reset, switch it on. Press and hold and at the same time, press the Reset button until you hear the “Restoring factory settings” voice message. The robot will then be restored to factory settings.

Note: The frequency of replacement may vary with the actual situation. If abnormal wear occurs, replace the parts immediately.

Turn over the robot and press theD1-7— two latches inwards to remove the main brush cover.

Pull out the main brushes andD1-8— remove the main brush bearings, main brush caps, and hair-blocking rings. Remove any entangled hair or dirt at both ends of the main brushes. Then, reinstall the hairblocking rings, main brush caps, and then main brush bearings.

Reinstall the main brushes. Firmly snap the main brush bearings into place. Only after the bearings are securely installed, fit the main brush cover. Reinstall the main brush cover. Make sure its four teeth are fully seated in the slots, and press the main brush cover until you hear it lock with a click.

Ŏ It is recommended to wipe the main brushes with a wet cloth. If the main brushes are wet, air-dry them away from direct sunlight. Ŏ Do not use corrosive cleaning fluid or disinfectant to clean the main brushes. Clean monthly and replace every 3-6 months.

Clean as required.

Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the charging contacts on the robot and the dock.

To move the dock, grip the cord storage slot on the back with one hand and the inner side of the front board with the other hand. Do not lift the base directly to prevent the dock from falling off.

* Clean as required and replace every 6-12 months.

Lift the high-speed maintenance brush latch and remove the brush. Remove any entangled objects in the high-speed maintenance brush and rinse it clean. Reinstall the brush and latch it in place.

* Clean as required.

Pull out the filter. Press the latch on the side of the filter to flip it downwards open. Rinse it with water, use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the cleaning tank, and then reinstall the filter by locking the latch. Press down the filter until you hear it lock with a click.

Replace regularly or when it is full.

Note: To prevent the dust container cover from falling and hitting the robot, remove the cover with both

Ŏ The dust bag handle seals the bag on removal to prevent leakage. Ŏ Always install a dust bag before putting back the dust container cover to avoid auto-emptying without the bag. You can also disable auto-emptying in the app.

Clean the filter with a dry cloth, insert a new disposable dust bag into the slot, and spread it evenly to ensure it is installed in place.

Install the dust container coverD15-4— in place to make sure the dust container is securely sealed.

Disconnect the power and waterD16-1— supply. Pull out the lock plate at the connection. Hold the snap ring at theD16-2— connection to remove the two pipes one by one.

Ŏ When disconnecting the water pipes, use a container to capture the flowing water and avoid wetting the floor. Ŏ Avoid forcibly pulling out the water pipes, or the product may be damaged.

To transport or mail the product, empty the remaining fluid in the dock using the app. At the same time, empty and rinse the cleaning solution cartridge, leave it to air dry completely and then reinstall it.

The robot is equipped with a built-in highperformance lithium-ion rechargeable battery pack. To maintain battery performance, keep the robot charged during normal use.

If the robot will be left unused for a long period, turn it off and charge it at least every three months to avoid battery damage caused by overdischarge.

* The following information applies only when disposing of the robot and should not be followed for day-to-day operations.

The chemical substances contained in the built-in lithium-ion battery of this product can cause environmental pollution. Remove the battery before disposing of this product and hand it to a professional battery recycling facility for centralized disposal.

1. Operate the robot without connecting to the dock until it runs out of battery. 2. Turn off the robot. 3. Unscrew the battery cover. 4. Remove the battery cover. 5. Press the latch to pull out the battery connector and remove the battery.

Ŏ Before removing the battery, make sure it is fully drained. Do not attempt to remove the battery if the robot is connected to the dock. Ŏ Remove the entire battery pack. Avoid damaging the battery pack casing to avoid short-circuits or leakage of hazardous substances. Ŏ In the event of accidental contact with battery fluid, rinse thoroughly with water and seek immediate medical care.
