When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:

• Brush may start unexpectedly. To reduce the risk of injury from moving parts, disconnect battery pack before cleaning or servicing.
• Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of body away from openings and moving parts.
• Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.
• Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, or use in areas where they may be present.
• Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes.
• Do not use without dust bag.
• Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position before picking up or carrying the appliance. Carrying the appliance with your finger on the switch or energizing appliance that have the switch on invites accidents.
• Recharge only with the power supply specified by the manufacturer. A power supply that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of fire when used with another battery pack.
• Use appliances only with specifically designated battery packs. Use of any other battery packs may create a risk of injury and fire.
• When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects, like paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws or other small metal objects, that can make a connection from one terminal to another. Shorting the battery terminals together may cause burns or a fire.
• Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns.
• Do not use a battery pack or appliance that is damaged or modified. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.
• Do not expose a battery pack or appliance to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to fire or temperature above 130°C (265°F) may cause explosion.
• Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the battery pack or appliance outside of the temperature range specified in the instructions. Charging improperly or at temperatures outside of the specified range may damage the battery and increase the risk of fire.
• Have servicing performed by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the product is maintained.
• Do not modify or attempt to repair the appliance or the battery pack except as indicated in the instructions for use and care.
• Always turn off this appliance before connecting or disconnecting motorized nozzle.
• Do not operate the product when neither dust bag nor multi-cyclone assembly is in place.
• Please do not use the product when the temperature is higher than 40°\mathsf C (104°F) or lower than 4°C (39° F ) , or there is any liquid or sticky substance on the floor.
• Turn off all controls before unplugging.
• This product can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the product in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the product. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
• Do not vacuum cords or other cables to avoid danger.
• Only use the product in accordance with the User Manual. Any loss or damage caused by improper use will be borne by the user.

• To reduce the risk of electric shock, this appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. Do not change the plug in any way.
• Please keep the power supply and charging dock away from heat (such as heating plates).
• The battery must be removed from the appliance before it is scrapped.
• The appliance must be disconnected from the supply mains when removing the battery.

• Press and hold the Dust Evacuation button for 3 seconds to switch between automatic dust evacuation mode and manual dust evacuation mode.
• Ensure a dust bag is in place before installing the dock lid, or the lid cannot be properly installed.

B2-1—Fit the dock duct in the auto-empty dock as shown. B2-2—Mount the accessory holder on the dock duct.

B2-3—Store the accessories in the accessory holder. Then, push the main unit on the dock in a downward motion as shown until it clicks into place.

• Extend the telescopic wand when using the main unit and retract the wand when placing it on the auto-empty dock.
• In automatic dust evacuation mode, the dust evacuation process will begin once the machine is placed back on the dock. Choose your preferred mode as needed.
• When the dust bag is full, replace it in time.

C4-1—Position your dock near an outlet and plug the power cord into the outlet. C4-2—Align the dust evacuation port of the main unit with that of the dock and push the main unit on the dock in a downward motion until it clicks into place. C4-3—In manual dust evacuation mode, to start dust evacuation, press the dust evacuation button.

• If the dust bag is full or the airway is obstructed during dust evacuation, the process will stop immediately. Meanwhile, the dock cannot evacuate dust again.
• If the dust bin is full, perform dust evacuation multiple times to improve cleaning effect.

1. When using the multi-surface brush or motorized mini-brush, the surfaces of some fabrics may become fuzzy or exhibit resistance. In this case, it is recommended to use the 2-in-1 cleaning head. 2. Before vacuuming polished surfaces (shiny wooden flooring or glazed tiles), check if there are foreign objects in the cleaner head to avoid scratching the floor. 3. Before using the vacuum cleaner, ensure the dust bin, multi-cyclone assembly, front filter, and filter cartridge are properly installed. 4. Do not block the exhaust vent when vacuuming. 5. For fine dust like flour and construction dust, the vacuum cleaner can be used only if the amount of dust is small. 6. To prevent damage to the vacuum cleaner and the floor, do not use the vacuum cleaner to suck up sharp objects, small toys, pins, paper clips, etc. 7. Pay attention to personal safety when cleaning dangerous areas such as stairs and windows. 8. To prevent damage caused by the machine falling or tipping over, do not place it on high places such as desks and chairs or lean it against other objects. 9. The movement of the multi-surface brush may result in an unevenly polished floor. To remedy this, the floor can be wiped with a damp cloth and polished with floor wax.

1. If any of the spinning parts become stuck, the product may power off automatically. Clear the objects stuck in the parts and retry. 2. When the cleaner head motor gets too hot, it will automatically power off. Please wait until the temperature returns to normal before resuming use.

1. If any electric cleaner head gets clogged with large objects or tangled with much hair, the roller may stop working. In such cases, prompt clearing is required. 2. To prevent accidentally turning the machine on and causing injuries, detach the cleaner head from the main unit before cleaning it. 3. An alert will appear during dust evacuation if the dust bag is full. Meanwhile, dust evacuation will stop. Replace the dust bag in time.

• Be aware of sharp objects when clearing a roller.
• If tangled objects cannot be cleared, refer to the Routine Maintenance section to remove the roller for cleaning.

Suitable for cleaning dust in narrow spaces such as door/window/wall

corners, stairs, as well as dust on sofas and tabletops.

Suitable for cleaning dust on the surface of textile materials such as beds and curtains.

Note: To prevent scratching the fabric surface, do not use the motorized mini-brush on leather, leathaire, or silk materials.

Suitable for cleaning tiles, floors, and low-pile carpets (2 cm/0.79 in or less).

Note: The multi-surface brush has a slider button to lower or lift the particle control flap. To vacuum small debris, push the slider button to the left. To vacuum large debris, push the slider button to the right.

• The frequency of replacement may vary with the actual situation. If abnormal wear occurs, replace the parts immediately.
• If one of the parts including filter cartridge, front filter, telescopic wand, and cleaner head is blocked, the main unit will turn on and off several times and then stop operating until the blockage has been cleared.
• Disconnect your machine from the outlet before looking for blockages. Be careful not to touch the Power button.

Use a soft and dry cloth to wipe the main unit. Do not rinse it. Disconnect the power before cleaning.

*Clean at least once every 4-6 months.

D1-1—Press the dust bin release button and remove the dust bin from the main unit. Then, twist the multi-cyclone assembly and pull it out.

D1-2—Rinse the dust bin thoroughly. Then, leave it to dry completely for at least 24 hours.

Notes:

• Empty the dust bin as soon as the dirt reaches the MAX level. Using your machine when the dirt is above the MAX line may affect the performance.
• Do not rinse the main unit or auto-empty dock to avoid damaging the electrical components inside.
• Clean the dust bin as needed.

*Clean every 4-6 months.

D2-1—Remove the dust bin as shown. D2-2—Remove the module from the main unit as shown. D2-3—Twist the filter cartridge and pull it out. Rotate it 360° while washing it. If necessary, tap it gently to remove any loose dust and debris. D2-4—Leave it to dry completely for at least 24 hours.

Notes:

• Wash the filter cartridge with running water and do not use any detergent to prevent blockages.
• Do not clean the filter cartridge with brushes or fingers.

When the dust bag is full, the dust evacuation indicator will flash orange. In that case, replace the dust bag with a new one.

D3-1—Remove the dock lid from the auto-empty dock. D3-2—Pull out the dust bag by its handle and discard the dust bag. D3-3—Slide the handle of a new dust bag into the slot all the way as shown. D3-4—Reinstall the dock lid and ensure the auto-empty dock is securely sealed.

Note: Ensure a dust bag is in place before installing the dock lid, or the lid cannot be properly installed.

D4-1—Remove the dock lid and then the dust bag from the auto-empty dock. D4-2—Detach the high-efficiency foam filter from the bottom inside the dock. D4-3—Rinse the foam filter with tap water. Leave it to dry completely for at least 24 hours and then reinstall it.

The rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack in this product is detachable and consumable. When the battery reaches the end of its life, its runtime will become short even after being properly charged.

D5-1—Press and hold the battery pack release button and slide the battery forward to remove it. D5-2—Install a new battery pack.

To maintain optimum performance, check your cleaning head roller regularly and clear any obstructions. To prevent injuries, make

sure the cleaner head is detached from the main unit and take care not to touch .

Notes:

• The cleaner head roller must be removed for separate cleaning.
• There are electrical components in the motorized mini-brush and multi-surface brush and bearings in water.

D6-1—Place the cleaner head as shown. Grab the tab on the end cap and rotate counterclockwise to the unlock position. D6-2—Slide your end cap and roller out of the cleaner head. D6-3—Clear any debris from the end cap and roller. D6-4—Push the end cap back on to the roller. D6-5—Slide the roller back into the cleaner head and turn the tab clockwise until it clicks into place.

D7-1—Rotate the end cap counterclockwise to the unlock position to remove it. D7-2—Slide the roller out of the cleaner head. D7-3—Rinse the roller and clear any debris from the roller. D7-4—Stand the roller and leave it to dry completely for at least 24 hours. D7-5—Reinstall the roller and the end cap. D7-6—Turn the end cap into the locked position.

Auto-Empty Dock

The machine may stop working when an anomaly occurs. Refer to the table below. If the issue persists, contact customer service for repair.

If an error occurs during use, an alert will appear on the screen. Refer to the table below to maintain normal machine performance.

If an error code appears on the screen, contact the after-sales service team for repair.

The chemical substances contained in the built-in lithium-ion battery of this product can cause environmental pollution. Remove the battery before disposing of this product and hand it to a battery recycling facility for disposal.

Note: The following procedures are only applicable when disposing of this product.

Fully drain the battery, press the battery pack release button to remove the battery, and then hand it to a battery recycling facility.

• Before removing the battery, make sure that it is fully drained. Do not attempt to remove the battery if the power cord is plugged in.
• Remove the entire battery pack. Avoid damaging the battery pack casing to avoid a short circuit or leakage of hazardous substances.
• If you come into contact with battery leakage, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
